Five Number Bet

This bet is only available when playing on a US double zero wheel. This bet covers the numbers 0,00,1,2 and 3. To place this bet position your chips on the left line intersection between the 0 and 1 on the betting layout. If the bet wins you are paid out at odds of 6/1. This bet is often called the “sucker bet” because the casinos advantage on this bet is 7.9% instead of the usual 5.3%.

Five Number Bet

Line Bet (double street bet)

This is a bet on any two adjacent rows on the betting layout. To place this bet position your chips on the intersection of the two lines at the end of the two rows you want to bet on. If the bet wins you are paid out at odds of 5/1

Line Bet

Neighbours Bet

This bet is usually only available at casinos outside the United States but not all of them. To place this bet you have to call out to the croupier that you want a neighbours bet on a particular number. The croupier will then place a bet on the number you stated and the two numbers either side on the wheel. If you bet £15 in total you would bet £5 on each number. If the bet wins you are paid out at odds of 35/1.

The Outside Bets

Black or Red Bet

This is a bet on all the red numbers or all the black numbers on the roulette wheel. To place this bet position your chips on the diamond which says red or black. If the bet wins you are paid out at evens. So if you bet wins you receive the original £10 bet back plus £10 winnings.
