Illegal Ways
There are several ways to beat the casino illegally
but obviously using these methods is not recommended
but they are interesting know about.
Past Posting
The most obvious and most use method for cheating
the casinos is by past posting. This is quite
simply by placing your bet at the moment the ball
hit’s the ball pocket therefore guaranteeing
you are a winner. Or alternatively you don’t
even need to add chips to the table you can just
slide your losing chips into onto the winning
number. This illegal method is commonly used and
all casino staff are on the lookout but combine
this with a diversion tactic this is a surprisingly
easy thing to do.
Ball Tripping
This is very simple but has been used to some
effect. It takes two people to do it successfully.
Firstly you need a person to be standing as close
to the wheel as possible and another person at
the other side of the table. All you do is when
the ball gets near to the time it is about to
fall towards the centre of the wheel your partner
creates a diversion by shouting or laughing extra
loudly to divert attention from the croupier then
all you do is put you hand over the edge of the
roulette wheel and stop the ball with you finger
at such time that it will fall into the section
of the wheel you have put your bets on. The trouble
with the last two methods is that almost all casinos
these casinos have cameras above the tables. So
if the floor staff don’t catch you the eye
in the sky probably will.
Tampering with the Wheel
For this you would need to somehow access the
roulette tables after hours which is not possible
at casinos that are open 24 hours. All you then
need to do is when nobody is around go to a wheel
and fix it so that the ball will favour certain
pockets. One way of doing this is to loosen the
metal dividers around a section of numbers. In
doing so the bounce of the ball will tend to deaden
when it hits these dividers therefore it will
be more likely to fall in those pockets.
Please be aware none of the illegal methods are
recommended. The likelihood of getting caught
is extremely high.
