Introduction

When you enter a casino you'll probably be able to tell where the craps tables are because that's probably where the loudest noise will be coming from. Craps is probably the most exciting game in the casino, it's action packed and betting occurs almost all the time. When the dice are falling right, players will be shouting and yelling with joy.

Unfortunately craps is one of the most difficult if not the most difficult game to learn and is shrinking in popularity due to this fact. In the US it is still quite popular but in Europe it has never caught on. The flow of people from the craps table to the mind-numbing monotony of the slot machines seems to be never ending. Once you've learnt the rules of the game hopefully you will never sit in front of a slot machine again. One of the main reasons to learn how to play craps properly is that it has some of the best odds in the casino. If you learn how to bet right at most casinos you can shave the casino advantage down to around 0.8% and in some casinos even lower. The trouble is if you don't know which bets to choose the odds in the casinos favour on some bets are a whopping 17%.

There is quite a lot of rules and different bets to remember but once you've worked out the two or three good bets to make you can easily leave the casino. The beauty with craps as with roulette is that it's quite possible to turn a £100 worth of chips into £10000 in a matter of minutes. The following information will teach you how.
