Strategy 2
This strategy is fairly simple all you do is place pass-line bets and follow it up with a come bet. Doing this means you will have bets working all the time if you follow this betting strategy it will give the casino an advantage of 1.4% on your bets.
Lets say you are betting £10 on each bet. To implement this strategy first make a pass-line bet. To do this just place your chips on the betting layout where it is marked "pass-line". Do this before the shooter has his "come out roll". The shooter will then roll the dice. If they roll a 7 or 11 your bet will instantly win and the dealer will pay you £10. If they roll a 2,3 or 12 you will instantly lose and the dealer will take your £10 in chips. If this happens just place another bet on the pass-line and wait for the shooters next roll. If, however they establish a point by throwing 4,5,6,8,9 or 10 you then place a come bet. You will now have £10 as a pass-line bet and a £10 bet in the come box. Let's say the shooter threw a 4. On the next roll if the shooter throws another 4 then your pass-line bet will win you £10 and your come bet will be moved to the place bet box number 4. If the shooter now throws a 4 before a 7 your come bet will win. When this happens the shooter will have another "come out roll" and you can start your betting again. If the shooter throws a 7 before the 4 you will lose the come bet and a new shooter will have a "come out roll" and you would then start your betting again. As you can see this strategy relies on the shooter not throwing sevens after a point has been established for it to be successful. When this happens the table is said to be "hot".
Here's an example scenario
The shooter has just changed and is about to throw their "come out roll".
You place a £10 bet on the pass line.
Amount Bet=£10 Amount Received=£0
The shooter throws a 6
Your pass-line bet neither wins nor loses but a point has been established. You now make a come bet of £10
Amount Bet=£20 Amount Received=£0
The shooter throws a 4 and so your come bet is moved to the number 4 Place Bet box and your pass-line bet remains.
Amount Bet=£20 Amount Received=£0
The shooter throws a 6 so your original pass-line bet wins and he gives you £20 (£10 bet £10 winnings) and your come bet remains where it is. You now make another pass-line bet.
Amount Bet=£30 Amount Received=£20
The shooter now throws his "come out roll" and throws a 2. So your pass-line bet loses and your come bet remains where it is. You now place another pass-line bet.
Amount Bet=£40 Amount Received =£20
The shooter now has another "come out roll" and throws a 4. Your come bet is not working because it is a "come out roll" so does not win. You can now make another come bet if you want. Lets say you don't .
Amount Bet=£40 Amount Received =£20
The shooter now throws a 7 so your pass-line bet loses. In this scenario you would have lost £20 having bet £40 and received £20. You can now start again and make a pass-line bet and follow it up with a come bet. Because a 7 was thrown fairly soon after you started betting you lost money betting this way.
When betting like this you can make as many come bets as you like after each "come out roll" the shooter throws so you could end up with more than one bet in the Place Bet boxes. You may also want to use this strategy but instead of placing pass-line bets and come bets you could place don't pass bets and don't come bets it's up to you.
